This is a modification of Kirk Olsson's 'Canada 1' (434 Squadron) textures to represent RCAF Sabre Mk2 19224 as it likely appeared in early 1954 while based at Zweibrucken, West Germany. The repaint is based on data from a number of sources and the 413 Sqn crest is used with the concurrence of Larry Milberry, author of the source book, The Canadair Sabre. Mk2's were flown by 413 Sqn from 1951 to 1954. Repaint by Wayne Sinker. | |
